• Cancellations must be made by direct communication with Cabalgatas Valiceras.
  • Cancellations made with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the departure of the booked trail ride, can be rescheduled without losing the down payment. This does not apply to trail rides more than one day long, which cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances, except for reasons previously approved by the organization, in favor of giving a better service.
  • Cancellations made with a notice of less than 24 hours before the departure of the booked trail ride, cannot be rescheduled.
  • Under no circumstances are any down payments received refundable, except for the cases in which the organization is forced to cancel the activity, only for reasons attributable to the organization.
  • Our activities are carried outdoors, therefore, they are limited by weather conditions. The organization reserves the right to make changes in the schedules, which might be made without further notice to the participants, at the discretion of the organization.
  • For any of our activities we need a minimum of two riders to confirm it. Individual riders’ reservations for rides and dates that are not already booked may be canceled by the organization if not reaching the minimum number of riders required on the selected activity and day. The organization will be in contact from 8pm the day before the tour.
